ORDER FULFILLMENT ASSOCIATE 

Job Responsibilities:

• Package all orders accurately and ensure timely delivery to the post office or arrange pickups with shipping carriers.
• Collaborate with the remote admin team to maintain inventory levels, coordinate with shipping carriers, and manage returns.
• Utilize various software and tools, including the Google Workspace Suite, Shipstation, and Voxer, to manage shipping and fulfillment operations efficiently.
• Participate in regular inventory check-ins.
• Occasionally pick up inventory from the storage unit and transport it to the shipping office.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping and fulfillment is preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer programs and printers.
• Familiarity with Shipstation, Slack, or Voxer is a plus.
• Local to the Gilbert, AZ area.

• Ability to lift and move inventory, including bulk packages that may be heavy.
• Eager to learn and be a problem-solver.
• Accountability and learning from mistakes

Team Collaboration & Training:

You’ll work closely with the remote admin team for inventory management and customer service. Communication will take place primarily via a messaging system with voice and text messaging.

Virtual training will be provided via video calls, with ongoing support throughout your employment.

Schedule and Hours:

Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexibility for additional hours during seasonal sales or new product releases.

You’ll be able to set your own schedule. We will expect your schedule to be consistent week-to-week.

Compensation:

The hourly rate for this contractor position will start at $13/hour.
