Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing to shop with us at Glow Beauty Hair. We strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

THE SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATE DOES NOT INCLUDE THE TIME IT TAKES TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME: 
Please allow up to 3 business days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. This includes order verification, packaging, and handoff to the shipping carrier. 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME: 
Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time for standard shipping is usually between 5-8 business days, priority shipping is 2 business days, and overnight shipping is 1 business day.

Paying for priority or overnight shipping does not make the processing time faster.

We strive to ensure that your order is delivered accurately and promptly. However, please understand that certain circumstances, such as inclement weather, carrier delays, or unforeseen events, may impact the delivery timeframe. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

SHIPPING COSTS: 
Shipping costs within the US are a flat rate fee of $5. Orders in the US over $99 qualify for free shipping. Shipping and duties for international orders will be determined at checkout. 

SHIPPING CARRIERS AND METHODS: 
We utilize DHL, USPS, UPS, FedEx & Uni Uni as our shipping carriers. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for your convenience.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Glow Beauty partners with the shipping service DHL. Your order total will include all duties + fees associated with your order.

TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS:
We provide tracking information for all packages. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment. Please ensure that the email address provided during checkout is accurate to receive these updates.

SHIPPING PROTECTION ("checkout with perks"): 
We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover lost or damaged packages. If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, please note that your order will not be eligible for coverage in the event of loss or damage during transit.

If you have a shipping problem you have 30 days from the date of order to file a claim here or reach out to our customer service team at hello@glowbeautyhair.com. Any issues outside of the 30 days are not eligible for assistance.

 

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGE:
If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim HERE or contact our team within 7 days, providing details and photographic evidence.  

In our experience packages marked "delivered" may still arrive up to 5 days later. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package we recommend looking in unexpected places (side doors, porches, mail rooms, etc) or checking with neighbors or your building's front desk. 

If you still have not received your package within 5 days of it being marked "delivered":

Customers who checked out WITH perks: Please file a claim within 30 days of the order date. Our customer service team can assist you with this process. For help, please reach out to us here. To start a claim, click HERE.

Customers who checked out WITHOUT perks: You may need to reach out directly to your local postal service for further assistance.

 

RETURN TO SENDER:
If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the order will be refunded (minus shipping costs + package protection fees). You may replace your order with the correct address.
