Refund policy

Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

For your peace of mind, we offer Package Protection/Free Returns when you "Checkout with perks", which includes:

→ A free return shipping label for unused products.
→ Protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to shipping issues.

This protection cannot be removed from an order once placed.

If you do not checkout with perks, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not have shipping protection.

 

RETURNS

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot under any circumstances accept returns or offer refunds on any used products. Do not send your product back without filing a claim or contacting our team first.

Customers who checked out WITH perks: Your order qualifies for free returns on unused products. If you have an unused product please file a claim or contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. All shipping and package protection costs are ineligible for refunds.

Customers who checked out WITHOUT perks: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you have an unused product please file a claim or contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. All shipping and package protection costs are ineligible for refunds.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS/PACKAGES:

If your product or package arrives damaged or defective, please file a claim HERE or contact our team within 7 days, providing details and photographic evidence.  We will work with you to resolve defective product issues.

In our experience packages marked "delivered" may still arrive up to 5 days later. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package we recommend looking in unexpected places (side doors, porches, mail rooms, etc) or checking with neighbors or your building's front desk. 

If you still have not received your package within 5 days of it being marked "delivered":

Customers who checked out WITH perks: Please file a claim within 30 days of the order date. Our customer service team can assist you with this process. For help, please reach out to us here. To start a claim, click HERE.

Customers who checked out WITHOUT perks: You may need to reach out directly to your local postal service for further assistance.

 

CONCERNS WITH YOUR ORDER:
If you have a problem with your order you have 30 days from the date of order to reach out to our customer service team here. Any issues outside of the 30 days are not eligible for assistance.

When contacting us about your order, please include your order number. This will help us assist you more efficiently.

 

INTERNATIONAL + WHOLESALE ORDERS:
All international + wholesale orders are final sale. Please reach out to our customer service team here if you have any questions.

Please note: We are only responsible for products purchased directly from Glow Beauty. Items purchased from third-party retailers or resellers must be returned to the place of purchase.
